About Me

This blog is where I share stories from running events, travels, and my hobby of photography. This blog originated as a simple website that I used to list links to my online photo albums to share with friends and family. I moved it to a blog format to simplify the maintenance. Then I started copying in some race and travel reports that otherwise were posted in the local forums for my running groups or shared in email so that I would not lose track of those over time. As I started commenting on other people’s blogs, people started to discover this blog and give me a hard time for not posting more. So I eventually started treating this site more as a blog rather than a scrapbook. You won’t find a lot of personal or day-to-day stuff on this blog, but I will still use this to share some of my photographs and events of significant in my running and travels. ...Read the rest of this post...
