This fellow was laying down in the shade on my back patio. At first, from the way it was sprawled out I thought maybe it fell from the tree and was dead and I was afraid I would have to go out and clean it up. But it seemingly was OK and just taking a rest in the shade of the oak tree. I had time to take a couple of pictures through the back door, but it ran away while I tried to switch to my telephoto lens.
